-	PGP encryption to a person not "absolutely trustable" makes
the PGP program ask an extra question which we can't interact with. It
needs to be killed manually (argggh.).

-	Reported a server bug which shows up in parsing messages from
"simple" mail programs (i.e. /usr/ucb/mail). Symptoms are parse error
messages showing something like:

[PARSE] Unexpected characters at end of address: -0800

...and the view "from" line ends up showing something like
"22@podunk.edu", where the "22" came out of the seconds in the Date:
field. Reportedly a fix is in the works. It is known to exist in the
UW imap server 7.8(95) and several earlier versions.

>>Fixed 3/9/95 - New IMAP release 7.8(96) added to distribution. Since
this a SERVER problem, I'll leave this in the notes. Nobody is
required to use our server.

-	Program only understands one imap_port. It can't switch from a
non-standard port to the standard one easily (like to run multiple
mailboxes, where one of them is wierd). Those of us running on a
special port are hosed (including me).
