Jul 1 1992 - Version 1 released. Supports Suns and NeXT only.

Mar 24 - Version 1.1. Changed several str[n]cmp() calls to
str[n]casecmp(), to be RFC-conformant. Started using RCS. Whee.

Version 1.2
Thanks to drb@burrow.cl.msu.edu (Dennis Boone), patches for
AIX, and a fix for a funky pointer dereferencing problem.

Changed output so messages are one-line-per-message, not two.
(It echoed a newline after the ctrl-G)

Version 1.3 - Dec 9 1993
Patches from Irelann Kerry Anderson <Kerry@Maine.Maine.EDU>.
Minor portability fixes for Ultrix 4.2, AIX 3.2.4. tell.c
enhancement to print NAK reply.

Remove extra newline from messages. Output no longer
double-spaced.

Strip trailing newline from incoming messages. Output
from servers who gratituously add a trailing newline should be
formatted correctly now. (finally)

Patches from stud01@cc4.kuleuven.ac.be (Barbe Albert). Fixed
gethostbyaddr section to display IP address on failure, plus cleanups
for AIX/ESA.

Server now actually returns a NAK for TCP messages, telling
why the message was unsuccessful.

Server and client ported to VMS running TGV Multinet by Yehavi
Bourvine <jehavi@vms.huji.ac.il>. "build.com" build script and
vms_broadcast.c file added. Please direct VMS-specific questions to
him, as it's been a while since I used VMS. :-)
